**INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES**
Please be aware that postage from the UK is taking around 4 weeks to deliver to the USA and there is currently no option for us to express ship overseas, please keep this in mind when ordering
**REFUND POLICY**
If in the unfortunate event that your order is lost in the postal system or arrives not as expected first please message the shop directly with your order number and query. your issue will be resolved in several ways, including a possible refund or replacement. Personalised items do not qualify for automatic refunds, please direct your query to our messages and we will help to resolve the issue for you.

**RETURN POLICY**
Returns are not accepted on personalised orders. All non-personalised order returns are to contact the shop directly via messages with the order number and query, and a team member will be happy to help.

**DELIVERY ESTIMATE POLICY**
Dispatch and delivery dates and estimates are set by Etsy and the shop has no control over this. Please be mindful that delivery estimates are exactly that, 'estimates' and may encounter delays whilst travelling through the postal system. The standard postage used does not include tracking, if you would like your order to be trackable then please add a postal upgrade when placing and paying for your order.
